Steel Valley Purchase of a Toro HDX What is the Project: Expanding our fleet with a second TORO HDX utility vehicle is essential for moving slide material and for managing our growing volunteer teams. We can move twice the amount of material per hour by using both Toro HDX’s by loading material in the second HDX while the other HDX is on its way to the dump. We currently have two vehicles that have seating for four volunteers. Adding a second HDX will increase the seating capacity to six volunteers, a 50% increase. We often get 8 or 9 volunteers and have issues trying to move them along the trail.
