Three Rivers Heritagereplace aging, storage containers with two new Corten steel shipping containersWhat is the Project: Friends of the Riverfront would like to replace our aging, donated storage containers with two new Corten steel shipping containers and a removable covered shelter between them to establish a secure and weather-protected Trail Stewardship Operations Hub at our leased yard site What will the volunteers do: Volunteers will play a central role in preparing the site and constructing the covered shelter structure between the containers. Volunteer crews will assist with site clearing, gravel spreading, basic framing, installation of shelving and tool storage systems, and organization of equipment within the containers.
