Westmoreland HeritageCreate a collection of electric hand toolsWhat is the Project: Westmoreland Heritage Trail Chapter would like to purchase Stihl Power Tools to be used by the WHT Volunteers. These power tools will be stored in our three maintenance facilities along our 22-mile corridor. Our volunteers will then have equipment at point of use, enabling them to maintain the trail utilizing the volunteer's time and effort more efficiently. What will the volunteers do: These power tools will aid the volunteers to groom the sides of the trail and trail heads which will enhance the sides of the trail from being overgrown with the dreaded knotweed and other weeds, where our mowing equipment cannot reach because of steep banks and very rough terrain.
