Attached please find a letter I had sent at Lisa's request on May 15th, 2019. This explains our situation with the side-by-side your foundation so graciously assisted us in purchasing. We researched extensively prior to purchasing it and we were confident we made the right decision practically, financially, and fiduciarily using both the Kinzua Valley Trail Club and foundation funds.

Unfortunately, the machine never worked right, we were unable to use it most of the time. Our only hope of replacing it with a new more efficient 570 Model was to trade where we purchased as they were willing to allow us 20% more for our trade than any other dealer.

This side by side is critical to our trail maintenance and to show our trail to supporters, benefactors, and friends of the trail. With over 10 miles being completed this year it is invaluable for maintenance and trail safety.

Our volunteers spend I 00s of hours a year building and maintaining the trail. In three years we have built three new bridges on our trail. Our volunteers are essential to our trail's success.

Our cost for the new 570 Polaris side by side with trade is $7,500.00. lf there is anything at all your foundation can do it would be greatly appreci­ated by all who work so hard to provide a beautiful, healthy, scenic experi­ence in the Kinzua Valley.
