The growing group of volunteers continues to extend the finished trail. This section goes from Grays Eddy to the north of Hooks Station, bringing the trail closer to the mouth of Redbank Creek, where it will eventually connect with the Redbank Valley Trail.

The grant from the Trail Volunteer Fund supports the purchase of limestone trail surfacing material to be installed by volunteers on the trail in the village of Hooks Station.
