Lawrence County has recently renovated the Stavich Trail. Volunteers have augmented the trail renovation with extensive plantings, which they also maintain. The gardens not only beautify the trail but are also signed so they serve as teaching and demonstration gardens.

This grant from the Trail Volunteer Fund supports the purchase of daffodil bulbs, soil, and mulch for the mass planting of daffodils at the Covert Rd trailhead.
